No. The first crew registration is non-binding and creates no obligation to pay. After submitting the basic information, the responsible contact person receives access to the Crew Portal, where all further details, uploads and payment are completed. The registration only becomes binding once the registration fee is received.

A crew must consist of at least 5 team members. No maximum team size is currently stated.

PLUGGED offers Junior Team and Adult Team divisions. Junior Team follows a 75/25 age rule; Adult Team has no age quota.

At least 75% of the crew must be between 12 and 17 years old. Up to 25% may be 18 or older. If a crew exceeds that 25%, it competes in the Adult Team instead.

There's no minimum age quota for the Adult Team — dancers of any age may take part, as long as the crew's overall roster doesn't meet the Junior Team's 75/25 ratio. A crew whose roster does meet that ratio must register as Junior Team instead.

Yes: obscene gestures are not allowed during the performance, and the music must not contain swear words.

The responsible contact person receives private access to the Crew Portal. There, the team completes its roster, uploads its team photo and music, submits props information and completes payment.

Every required deadline is displayed directly in the Crew Portal. Team roster, photo, music, props information and payment each have their own deadline.

The Crew Portal shows whether a submission can still be edited. Changes after a deadline may require approval from the PLUGGED organization team.

By bank transfer within the payment deadline shown in your private Crew Portal, where you will also find the amount and bank details. Your registration becomes binding once the payment is received.

PLUGGED takes place on 21 November 2026 at Centurium Düsseldorf, Koppersstraße 5, 40549 Düsseldorf, Germany.
